It all began with eating healthy. I had a growing family and wanted to eliminate refined sugar so when a friend gave me beekeeping equipment I jumped at the opportunity to produce my own honey. That was nearly 10 years ago. Beekeeping has opened up so many more doors including the development of Fire Ant First Aid. I never started out to make an insect cream, but what we call "a series of happy accidents that God put together" the amazing combination of our home grown propolis and emu REALLY DOES WORK to take the sting and itch out of this plague and promote healing.

Fresh air and outdoor work! We are on 23 acres in southeast Alabama and between gardening, beekeeping and upkeep, there's no lack of activity. The gym keeps us limber on rainy days and we love our sauna!
