HEALTH
Being married to a freegitarian (doesn't eat meat unless it's free) wich would appear half ass to most but I really appreciate it... I don't go out of my way to eat cow or pig but I'm not going to get all offended if it was offered to me ;] Also sense too much sugar, processed, fast, and oily foods end up giving me a tummy ache sooner than most it's easier for me to say no

FITNESS
I HAVE A GYM!!! via our apartment amenities however, I don't make time for it :[ I keep telling myself that will change... I find myself starting a schedule then it being utterly ruined because I schedule around my husbands work... which is sporadic and every day!

Keep up the good work. We need very little meat protein.  A few ounces a couple times a week will normally do it.Stay healthy.  JK
