Title: How To Build A Ripped, Rock-Solid Chest

Blog Entry: In my last post I wrote about attaining big arms . In this post it will be talking about putting slabs of muscle onto your chest. In some ways building your chest is a lot like building the muscles in your arms. The biggest difference is in the fact that your chest muscles are a larger group than the ones that make up one side of your arm. So for example.. when we compare your chest to your biceps, it can be agreed that the chest is larger than the bicep muscle itself. This means that the chest can handle a much greater workload than the biceps or the triceps because it's bigger. The main objective here is that in order to build a huge chest we need to stimulate it accordingly and that's something a lot of people lose focus on when trying to reach that goal .
