Blog Entry: When it comes to trimming off a few pounds or even many pounds for that matter it's extremely important to realize that it's body fat that you will be trying to lose or burn-up instead of just wasting-off precious calories in the form of protein / muscle mass or even carbohydrates for that matter. The point I'm trying to make even if you already knew this, is that you have to have a strategy that works when it comes down to being able to achieve such a tough goal. Face it.. if you have no clue about how your body truly operates then you essentially have not much to work with. Fad diets and weight loss plans are useless because they only accomplish burning all types of calories or just flat out under nourish you and then a few months later your body retaliates and you either end up right back where you started or you end up heavier than before. Remember.. your body is naturally prone to being in a survival mode so just about everything we do to stay lean and/or muscular beyond what may be normal causes it to be some what resistive or drastically responsive. The good news is that there is a way to get to where you want to be and it's probably a bit easier than you may think. One of the best parts is that you'll still be able to consume a normal amount of calories per day.. there will be no more starving yourself.
