Boot Camp Fitness (Fresno, CA) is a unique approach to physical conditioning using a scientific based program developed by highly educated professionals. Boot Camp Fitness is the only boot camp program in the Central Valley that is headed by two professionals with doctorate degrees in exercise physiology, functional rehabilitation, and exercise nutrition. These professionals have used their expertise to design specifically based programs that will help participants of any fitness levels achieve their athletic, fitness, and weight loss goals.
Dr. Felicia Gomez, Ph.D. (Exercise Metabolism and Nutrition). Felicia is an Associate Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at CSU, Fresno. Felicia also comes from a long history of elite level training and competition. She has over 20 years of running experience, 5 years of professional duathlon competition and 5 years as a professional cyclist.
Dr. Joe Martin, D.C. As a practicing Chiropractor for over 18 years, Dr. Martin is the sole owner of Martin Chiropractic Inc, and Peak Performance Consulting. He conducts Functional Fitness Training, Biomechanical & Ergonomic Assessments, Motivational Speaking, Sports Injuries and Orthotic Evaluation, and he has worked on all levels of athletes. Dr. Martin is also a former Navy Seal and now maintains his athletic status by competing in running, cycling, or multi-sports events.

Level I
This program is great for individuals that are interested in an exercise program designed around their current fitness level. Each work out session will focus on weight loss activities, social interaction, and a whole lot of FUN!!
Sessions start JUNE 9th, at 6 am for an information and orientation session. Weekly sessions will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 am, and Saturdays at 8 am.
Level II
This program is designed for the individual who is prepared to take their fitness to the next level. The work outsessions will focus on cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, endurance,and plyometric training. Come out toget lean and mean!
Sessions start JUNE 15th, 7 pm for an information and orientation session. Weekly sessions will be held Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 pm, and Saturday at 9 am.
