Phoenix Women's Fitness and Speciale Spa...A Wellness Studio has just made the change from women's circuit equipment to offering classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Zumba to name a few. We are still looking for instructors for a 9:15 am class Monday, Wed. & Friday of Tai Chi, with more class offering as we grow. Also in need of a 3:30 pm classes (open to type) such as Yoga or Body Conditioning and looking for Zumba/Latin instructor for 6:00 pm Wednesdays and a Yoga/Pilates Instructor for Friday 4:45 pm again with more classes being added as we grow.
